Graphic Design (formerly "Marketing and Graphic Design")	Calling all creatives! We live in a visual world now, and we need you to grab our residents' attention. Marketing/Advertising (formerly "Marketing and Graphic Design")	How do you reach the hard-to-reach? When do you pull the trigger on paid media? What is a good CPM? Media Relations (no change)	Extra! Extra! Read all about it! You're always on the front page, ABOVE the fold, at the top of the hour, and you always give the best soundbite. Multimedia (formerly "Video Programming")	You've perfected the star wipe. Your videos only have jump cuts when you want them to. When you say 'Action!' people pay attention. You live in golden hour sunlight and you see the rule of thirds everywhere. Small Shop (no change)	One-person band? Two-person team? You take "other duties as assigned" to heart while also running a communications department (among other things).
